Pellon® TP971F Fusible Thermolam® Plus, I am offering this by the yard, if you purchase more than one yard I will do my best to make it a continuous cut, I may have to cut into a second bolt resulting in two cuts.
Pellon® TP971F Fusible Thermolam® Plus is an extra lofty, needled fleece with fusible adhesive on one side. It is great for craft, home decorating, and quilting projects. Fusible Thermolam® Plus will remain lofty after fusing and can be used on fabric, cardboard, or wood.
Thermolam is Needle Punched. What does this mean exactly you might ask, this is the best explanation I can give:
Needle punch fleece, TP971F, is a type of fabric made from polyester fibers that are interlocked using needles, mechanically punching thousands of tiny needles through layers of fibers and entangling the fibers and compressing them. I find it to be a more compact and dense type of batting.
987F Batting is fluffy and not nearly as dense. When you iron it on to your fabric it does not get as compact as the Thermolam does. I prefer the Thermolam over the 987F Batting when I'm making bags, for pouches though, the 987F is sufficient.
