This 5 yard cut has a bunch of tears along the edge. They are 2"-3"ish tears. It will not affect the interfacing, but there are tears.
I've discounted it 15%. See photos for tears.
Pellon P44F Lightweight Fusible Interfacing. This is the interfacing I suggest on the linings in all of my patterns. It is also the interfacing I suggest to use for Stabilizer when doing embroidery on designs that are under 20,000 stitches.
This is considered Apparel Interfacing, it is Lightweight.

Machine wash warm tumble dry low or Dry Clean. It is not necessary to wash before use in Bag Making.
To fuse set your iron to Wool Setting with a little Steam. Fuse in place with a pressing cloth and steam for 10 seconds ~OR~
Use your damp press cloth as a temperature and timing guide. After 10-15 seconds, press cloth should be dry. If not, raise iron temperature or hold iron in place a few seconds longer.
If you set your iron higher than Wool, use a pressing cloth or the interfacing may start to melt onto your iron.
